Overview
We are looking for a strong Infra Programme Manager to run a $4m programme that upgrades the dealerboard infrastructure across 23 countries (software and hardware). The role requires managing a globally distributed delivery model and meeting demanding business stakeholders. The person must attend the Sheffield office 3 days a week and will start in January.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach teams, counsel staff and drive staff development.
* End‑to‑end programme management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
* Agile practitioner delivering complex programmes and projects.
* Cross‑functional coordination managing onshore‑offshore delivery.
* Change management in complex technical environments and matrix organisations.
* Interface with CxO level stakeholders in business and technical languages.
* Negotiate conflicting stakeholders to drive a common objective.
* Build and foster relationships with global and multicultural businesses and stakeholders.
* Design and deliver training programmes for process, tools and technology.
* Upgrade dealerboard infrastructure (software and hardware) for a multi‑country rollout.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of banking domain and experience working in large scale infra projects (software and hardware).
* Mandatory experience of large scale infra upgrade projects for multi‑country rollout.
