Our client is looking for a commercially sharp, transformation-minded digital leader to turn a complex, multi-brand digital estate into a high-performance growth engine. This is a rare opportunity to own and deliver a digital roadmap that drives measurable business growth, simplifying a fragmented web landscape, building high-performing digital teams, and delivering outstanding web performance and lead generation in a fast-paced B2B environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader with a proven track record in digital transformation, digital product, CRO, full-funnel marketing, and performance optimisation. You’ll be responsible for digital strategy, web and platform development, UX/CX improvements, lead generation, and MarTech optimisation, while collaborating closely with commercial, brand, sales, IT, and external agencies. You thrive on complexity, see opportunity in challenge, and bring clarity, energy, and pace to every project. Responsibilities
* Define and own the digital roadmap to drive measurable business growth across a complex, multi-brand digital estate.
* Lead digital strategy, web and platform development, UX/CX improvements, lead generation, and MarTech optimisation, collaborating with commercial, brand, sales, IT, and external agencies.
* Manage social media, PPC, paid social, lead generation, ecommerce and CRM.
* Build and lead high-performing digital teams and oversee delivery of web performance and growth initiatives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
