3. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with company goals.
5. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
6. Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
8. Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
9. Review and manage balance sheet reconciliations.
10. Provide financial support for new projects and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience in accounting & finance.
12. Proven ability to manage and analyse financial data with precision.
13. Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting practices.
14. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
15. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
