Head of Strategy and Programmes - Digital Services
Posted 4 days ago – this is a fixed term, 21‑month post reporting to the Director of Digital Services and a member of the eHealth Senior Management Team.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday.
Role overview: This board‑wide role leads and delivers the board’s digital strategy, overseeing the day‑to‑day running of a portfolio of complex programmes and projects, including service reconfiguration and system development.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the Board’s Digital Strategy and associated innovation programmes.
* Manage a portfolio of complex programmes and projects, including service reconfiguration and system development.
* Work across all clinical specialties, NHS Scotland Boards and key internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
* Significant experience operating at a senior strategic level, including staff management and development.
* Financial management experience and a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic change.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Degree level qualification.
* Demonstrable management experience at a senior level within the NHS.
