Hours and Location of Work:

Location: Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire

Please note due to the rural location and limited public transport you will need to be able to get to and from Stoneleigh Park.

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM (1-hour lunch break) (after successful completion of probationary period possibility of hybrid 2 days a week)
* Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager
* Salary: £42,000 to £55,000 per year
* Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 with service)

Job Overview

Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for relationship-building and business growth? We're looking for a Business Development Sales Manager to join our team at Stoneleigh Park.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business, support existing clients and build strategic partnerships to drive company growth.

Assist the wider team to generate new business opportunities and to help build rapport with existing clients and generate sales which requires a lot of outbound calls, emails and contact on social media platforms and in our experience, this can be up to 90% of the contact.

Managing and growing of Business Development and Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent service aligned with our company values.
* Manage the wider team to ensure that customer enquiries through phone and email, providing timely responses (within 2 hours) or are appropriately escalated.
* Ensure that the team and you maintain accurate records and generate quotes using our CRM system.
* Follow booking processes and keep clients records up to date.
* Ensure that the team and you are making proactive outbound calls to initiate, grow and retain client relationships.
* Ensure that the team and you have a strategy and plan to analyse market data and research to see what additional markets, clients could benefit additional services that what they currently utilise us for.
* Use social media and digital platforms to help build rapport and relationships with key decision makers.
* Develop business development and sales strategies, manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building strong customer relationships, and communicating client feedback internally.
* Liaise with the team to escalate any client or process issues.
* Work closely with the marketing team
* Proposing sales and products to new and existing clients
* Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
* Creating sales forecasts and actively working with the team to maximise potential
* As part of the Senior Management Team attend and report monthly progress on Business Development and Sales Pipelines, trends, analyse and ideas etc

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience (Required):

* Managerial Business Development and Sales experience
* Making outbound sales, account management and business development calls
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Previously developed and trained Business Development Sales Team
* Results driven with a proven track record of achieving targets

Bonus (Desirable):

* Previous experience in training or hire companies
* Previous experience in Construction and Utilities

Interview Process:

* Initial Call: A short 20-minute telephone interview
* MS Teams Meeting: A 30-minute online interview
* In-Person: Competency-based and practical interview at our Stoneleigh Park Training Centre
