Full training will be provided to support your growth and success.Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and refurbish printers used in the retail sector.Service and repair electronic devices, including barcode readers, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and chip-and-pin payment devices.Diagnose and repair mechanical assemblies and POS terminals.Disassemble, clean, repair or replace components, reassemble, calibrate, and test equipment.Manage spare parts inventory using our IT database system.Perform quality control testing to ensure compliance with company standards.Skills and ExperienceSkilled in using small hand tools and soldering equipment, with strong attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Previous experience in electro-mechanical repairs is advantageous.Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Comfortable using manufacturer-specific calibration programs (training provided).Contract DetailsAverage 40 hours per week (Week 1: 42 hours; Week 2: 38 hours) with early finish every other Friday at 12:00.20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.Competitive salary based on experience.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.TPBN1_UKTJ
