Hours per week: 37 | Weeks per year: 39 | Salary (inc holiday pay): £22,109 | Contract ends: 31 January 2027
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, skilled Level 3 Practitioner to support children’s learning and development, build strong partnerships with families, and maintain the highest standards of care and safety. You’ll communicate confidently with colleagues, parents and professionals.
Your Responsibilities
* Support children’s learning and development in a warm, nurturing environment
* Collaborate with parents and the team to promote safeguarding and quality care
* Maintain high standards of health, safety and inclusive practice
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents and external professionals
About You
* Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with solid nursery experience
* Strong EYFS knowledge and a nurturing approach
* Adaptable, proactive team player comfortable with daily variations
* Solid understanding of child development, safeguarding and inclusive practice
