We are recruiting Service Management Platform Specialist to act as the day-to-day owner and subject matter expert for our IT Service Management platform, supporting its ongoing rollout, optimisation and adoption across the firm. This role can be based out of either our Glasgow or Birmingham office. Successful applicants will be rewarded with the opportunity to play a key role in a major service transformation, working with modern platforms, automation and low-code technologies. Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, and we operate a 3 days in the office, 2 days from home working model, however as an inclusive employer, we are willing to consider any flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Experience administering or supporting an IT Service Management tool (e.g. Halo, ServiceNow or similar). Strong understanding of ITIL workflows including incident, problem, change and request management. Experience configuring workflows using low-code / no-code platforms (e.g. Power Platform or equivalent). Experience working across development, UAT and production environments, supporting platform changes and releases. What happens next?
