* Responding to incoming customer enquiries via email and telephone quickly and efficiently
* Supporting customers with product selection and quantities
* Showcasing excellent product knowledge and showing confidence to customers
* Follow up quotations and opportunities
* Entering all quotes and activities on Hubspot
* Managing follow-up tasks on Hubspot
* Identifying potential opportunities and following up leads
* Taking technical calls (training will be provided)
* Aftersales support where required from customers
Internal Sales Executive – Key Skills Experience Required:
* Knowledge of Hubspot/ other CRM software
* Previous experience in a similar role or sales experience
* Knowledge/ Experience in roofing and construction would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Confident in speaking to customers on the phone
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Have a ‘can do’ attitude
