About the Role:
We are seeking a FTC Fractional Sales Director with extensive experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry to lead our sales team’s operational transformation. The role focuses on improving sales execution, embedding a data-led approach, and enhancing team performance through better processes, tools, and training. The candidate will own workflow optimization, improve team efficiency, and integrate sales data into daily decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Process Improvement: Streamline daily sales operations with a structured, data-led approach.
2. Data-Driven Execution: Implement tools and reports to track and improve performance in real time.
3. Team Development & Coaching: Work closely with sales teams to enhance execution, customer interactions, and digital sales.
4. Delivery Platform Management: Oversee Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Too Good To Go, optimizing menu management, pricing, and promotions.
5. In-Store Sales Support: Align store teams with digital sales initiatives, illustrating how actions impact online performance.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance for effective sales initiatives.
7. KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales, conversion rates, platform performance, and customer insights to inform improvements.
8. Technology & Tools Integration: Enhance CRM, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time insights.
9. Revenue Growth & Customer Retention: Identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and build sustainable sales structures.
Key Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in sales or operational leadership within QSR or hospitality sectors.
2. Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
3. Experience managing third-party delivery platforms and digital sales channels.
4. Practical, hands-on coaching and team development skills.
5. Strong understanding of KPIs, sales reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally for seamless sales process execution.
7. Experience in optimizing pricing, promotions, and customer retention strategies.
8. Operational focus on tangible improvements within an established QSR business.
