* Operational Excellence: Monitoring the building's vital signs—from boiler efficiency to water temperatures. You’ll be the go-to person for internal climate control and lighting, ensuring the environment is perfect for both study and play.
* Security & Key Holding: Managing the daily opening and closing routines. You will be a primary key holder, ensuring that all access points are secure and that the site remains a safe haven for our pupils.
* Maintenance & Improvement: From fixing a leaking tap to refreshing a classroom's paintwork, your practical skills will keep the school moving. We value initiative and will support you in managing site-wide improvement projects.
* Waste & Environment: Coordinating with external contractors to manage waste efficiently. You will lead the school’s efforts in maintaining a clean, litter-free site that encourages environmental respect among the students.
