About the Role
We are currently hiring four Electrical Fitters in Christchurch. In this role, you will join a dedicated team working in a high-voltage substation environment. Responsibilities include maintenance, installation, and commissioning of transformers, circuit breakers, voltage transformers, current transformers, protection relays, battery banks, and LV electrical work.
About You
* EWRB registration and current practising license
* Full Clean NZ Class 1 Driver’s License
* Minimum of 5+ years experience in the High Voltage electrical industry
* Certified electrician with NZ registration or eligible to gain NZ registration
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Strong understanding of and adherence to Health and Safety regulations in the High Voltage Industry
