Mobile Maintenance Engineer 35-38K – London
My client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding company.
The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries & Gyms. They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK, however some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required.
The mobile Maintenance Engineer will be performing:
* door repairs & locks etc
* Retail PPM Maintenance
* basic plumbing
* re-lamping
* basic electrics
* Water Drains Maintenance
* carpentry
* Emergency Light Testing
* Fire Alarm Testing
* Small Installations
* painting & decorating
It is expected that the Maintenance Engineer will have proven experience within the maintenance Industry
Position Requirements
Live within the London / M25 orbital region and happy travelling with occasional working away from home.
Full clean driving licence
Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must.
Package:
* 35 – 38K – depending on exp.
* 40 hour working week
