We are seeking an experienced and professional CNC Grinder to join a leading precision manufacturer in Leicester, East Mids.
A CNC grinder is a highly automated machine tool that uses a rotating abrasive wheel to remove microscopic layers of material from a workpiece. Its primary role is to perform precision finishing, achieving micron-level tolerances and mirror-like surface finishes that standard milling machines and lathes cannot provide.

Key Responsibilities & Skills of CNC Grinder:
* Setting & Operation: Experience with 4/5-axis grinding machines, handling high-mix, low-volume production of precision components.
* Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve machine, tool, or material issues to optimise cycle times.
* Maintenance: Proficient in routine maintenance and preventive care of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Process Improvement: Experienced in reducing set-up times and enhancing process efficiency.
Professional Experience & Attributes of CNC Grinder:
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Team-oriented with a, proactive, \"can-do\" attitude.
