The Role & Responsibilities Working alongside experienced subject leads, you will handle the vital classroom and extracurricular work that brings our music department to life. Subject Instruction: Delivering engaging Music lessons across all key stages, utilizing our professional Mac suites and recording studios. Ensemble Leadership: Coordinating and leading school choirs, orchestras, or contemporary bands to enhance our cultural calendar. Performance Assessment: Utilizing evidence-based feedback to help students improve their technical and compositional skills. Induction Excellence: Engaging with the Early Career Framework (ECF) modules with the full support of a dedicated mentor. Requirements Degree: A degree in Music, Performance, or Composition.
