They are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading a team, improving processes, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, delegate, and supervise a warehouse team of up to 10 staff
Promote strong communication and teamwork across the department
Define and implement processes that drive operational efficiency
Oversee all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
Monitor and ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment
Maintain accurate documentation and records of warehouse activities
Keep up-to-date knowledge of the condition and location of fleet vehicles
Assist with deliveries when necessary
About You:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or similar leadership role
Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices
Proficient in inventory management and control systems
Valid drivers licence and forklift operating certification
Comfortable using warehouse software and general computer applications
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
Flexible and available to work extended hours when required
