About Us DXB Perfume is a leading fragrance business with a presence in shopping centres across the UK. We are passionate about delivering high-quality Arabian perfumes and exceptional customer service. We are now seeking a highly organised, proactive, and driven Operations Assistant to support our growing operations.

As an Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily business functions. Manage the Operations Manager's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain an organised digital and physical filing system.
Inventory & Sales Oversight
Assist in sales tracking, commission reports, and performance updates.
Help coordinate and monitor sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist with hiring, training, staff scheduling, and general team coordination.
Monitor staff performance checklists and respond to staff communications promptly (calls, emails, WhatsApp).
Data & Project Management
Assist in compiling reports for sales, expenses, and other KPIs.
Track project progress and keep documentation up to date.
Support decision-making with research and data analysis.

Assist customer service teams with queries and complaints.
Help execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across locations.

Oversee the daily operation, performance, and maintenance of the EPOS system across all stores.
Maintain accurate product data, pricing, promotions, and system integrations with inventory, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
Develop and optimise EPOS processes to improve store efficiency and customer experience.
Train retail staff and maintain documentation on system usage and procedures.
Monitor EPOS reporting (sales, refunds, voids, stock movements) and flag discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Lead EPOS installation and testing for new store openings or relocations.
Support system integrations and cross-functional projects requiring EPOS input.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of inventory software is a plus.
Weekday and weekend availability is required.
Candidates should be able to travel to different locations within the UK without any restriction.
