Maintenance Engineer\n\nNight Shift – 4 on / 4 off\nSalary: £49,500\n\nWe are working with a leading manufacturing business that is continuing to grow and expand its operations. As part of this growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their night shift team on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking organisation that invests in its people, technology, and site infrastructure.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment during the night shift. Key responsibilities include:\n\n * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery\n\n * Diagnosing and repairing electrical and/or mechanical faults\n\n * Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives\n\n * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards\n\n * Minimising downtime and supporting production targets\n\nThe Ideal Candidate\n\nYou will be a motivated and proactive engineer with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
