A prestigious and highly successful boutique investment firm in Mayfair seek an exceptional Executive Assistant with Office Management experience to support its Founder and senior leadership team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
About You:
You're a confident, proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic, high-achieving environment. Calm under pressure, you bring strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for being a key team player.
Key Responsibilities:
* EA support to CEO / Founder - intricate diary, meetings,
* Arrange global travel end to end with itineraries and agendas
* Organise board meetings, events, offsites, and social functions
* Prepare and update documents, presentations, and reports
* Manage office operations, liaising with building management and vendors
* Oversee supplies and support HR and CRM updates
* Champion office improvements and culture
What You'll Bring:
* EA/PA experience, ideally in finance, consulting or professional services
* Experience of running an office
* Superb communication skills; diplomatic, calm, eloquent
* Strong IT skills and be a problem solver
* Proactive, can-do attitude with team spirit
* Must be numerate, and have great attention to detail
* Demonstrate loyalty and longevity in previous roles
