Apprentice Lift Engineer – Norwich
We are seeking ambitious Apprentice Lift Engineers to join our Maintenance and Repair division, covering a route across Norwich and surrounding areas. The role offers practical, mentoring and structured learning at our training centre, culminating in a Lift Engineering qualification.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 08:00‑16:45, Friday 08:00‑15:45.
Salary & Benefits

Responsibilities
* Shadow qualified Engineers in servicing and repairing lifts.
* Attend distance learning courses and complete coursework on time and to a high standard.
* Participate in training and mentoring sessions, both in person and online.
* Engage in at least 20 % off‑the‑job training.
* Demonstrate the aptitude and behaviours of a future Stannah Lift Engineer.
Training and Development
* Duration of 40 months.
* Mix of practical, mentoring and structured learning at the training centre.
* Achievement of a qualification in Lift Engineering.
Qualifications
* GCSE Grade 4‑9 (A‑C) passes in Maths and English.
* Keen interest in engineering or practical experience in a related role.
* Valid driving licence or working towards one.
