Hays are working exclusively with a growing, engineering-led solutions business supporting manufacturers across Northern Ireland. This is an exciting time for thepany as they are in the development stage of an innovation digital platform and the marketing executive will play a central role in its launch.
Your new role
As Marketing Executive, you will own day-to-day marketing activity while shaping the go-to-market approach for a new SaaS-style product. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan campaigns, create strong B2B content, and keep brand presence consistent across channels.
Key responsibilities: Build and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns and content calendars. Own and protect brand messaging across all channels. Grow an active LinkedIn presence andmunity. Create content for LinkedIn, the website, email campaigns, and case studies. Plan and execute PR activity, including press releases and industry exposure. Improve website performance through SEO best practice. Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn. Track and report performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing database growth.
What you'll need to succeed
1. At least 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
2. Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing,munications, or a related field
3. Experience marketing SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-led solutions
4. Strong planning skills and evidence of delivering campaigns end-to-end
5. Experience managing LinkedIn (Sales Navigator experience is a plus)
6. Solid grounding in SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
7. Experience with email platforms ( Mailchimp or similar)
8. Paid advertising experience (Google Ads and or social ads)
What you'll get in return
9. Salary of £30,000 to £35,000
10. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
11. Working hours are typically Mon to Fri, 08:00 to 16:30, with flexibility considered.
