Role | In-House Environmental Regulation Solicitor
Level | Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years litigation experience
Based | Huntingdon
Hybrid | 4 days working from home
Offer | £50,000 - £65,000 per annum + fantastic benefits package
We are working with a fantastic organisation based in Huntingdon to provide legal support to the company's criminal litigation team with an emphasis on the company’s recycling workstreams.
Typical duties include:
* Investigating incidents and preparing evidence for both company prosecutions and defence against regulatory actions
* Supporting regulatory interviews
* Advising internal stakeholders on prosecution strategy
* Managing external legal resources
The successful candidate
* Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 4+ years litigation experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Able to work independently
* Commercially minded
