* Our Apprenticeship Programme aims to develop high-quality professionals within our Retailer Network. We're seeking ambitious candidates eager to take ownership of their development, work hard, and grow with us.
* The programme lasts at least 18 months, culminating in a nationally recognized qualification.
Eligibility
* Four GCSEs grades A–C (or grades 9–4) in English, Maths, and two other subjects.
* In Scotland, applicants must have or be predicted to achieve National 5 or above in English, Maths, and a Science or Technical subject. Other accepted qualifications include Standard Grades 1–4 and Intermediates.
* 'Equivalent' grades include BTEC diplomas, OCR Nationals, Key Skills Level 2, NVQs, Essential Skills (Wales), Functional Skills Level 2, and Core Skills (Scotland).
