About the role

As a Brand Activation Media Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the brand growth in your market by leading the brand content and media strategy for Cillit Bang and Calgon in line with country commercial strategy as set by the Area.


Your responsibilities

In conjunction with the brand teams you will:

* Champion Vestacy's mission
* Consumer Engagement Lead is responsible for the end-to-end experience of the brand on consumers. Considering each touchpoint to the path to purchase, they are responsibly of finding the right audience at he right time and communicating the right message. The role considers all media channels, paid, owned and earned.
* Inspire and drive the step-change to audience first performance-based activation and optimisation against value prop, content and creative to optimise conversion and be the champion of growth across online and offline channels.
* Lead all aspects of media activation from strategic and annual planning, content strategy, activation planning and performance marketing.
* Lead a full-funnel strategy and manage “fluid” budget allocations and optimisations across the funnel. You will be responsible for the specific brands and categories you work on as well as collaborating with your counterpart on adjacent brands and agency relationships.


The experience we're looking for

* Minimum University educated (to Bachelors level) in a Commercial Subject
* 3 years' experience in agency or client media management roles
* Demonstrated proficiency across all media touchpoints; incl. but not limited to TV, bVOD, OOH, Radio, YouTube, Meta, Search, Amazon
* A working knowledge of social media management would be desirable
* Comprehensive understanding of the consumer ecosystem and how different channels work together to deliver against varying jobs to be done
* Experience writing and developing content strategies
* Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholder management, both internal and external partners
* Understanding of brand building and performance marketing and an ability to balance both in harmony
* Strong understanding of adtech / martech and ability to develop roadmap against existing and future capabilities
* Ability to manage econometrics and T&L programs
* Results-oriented with a demonstrable track record of success
* Commercial understanding and ability to link media to business impact
* Ability to translate data ambiguity into insight that drives impact
