Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board The TMO, oversees a range work programmes for the Trust, coordinating the resource capacity required to deliver a range of strategic requirements, business developments, and redesign projects. The post holder will work autonomously without daily supervision and independently resolve the majority of issues delegated by the Service Manager. Working with the Senior Service Transformation Manager / (Interim) Associate Director for Transformation for Transformation to establish the governance structures required to monitor the delivery of the business. Work closely with colleagues within TMO to determine the priority/relevance of project aspects and their workforce implications. On behalf of the TMO and as agreed with the Senior Service Transformation Manager / (Interim) Associate Director for Transformation to undertake specific project support work within Trust groups as well as wider system partners. The post holder will be the conduit for professional project / programme queries providing clarity and support to the Groups and other Colleagues where necessary meeting regularly with other corporate officers to provide feedback into and out of the function.
