The Person:
* Detail-driven with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability
* Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
* Proactive, professional and eager to learn
* Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
* Support the hotel’s financial integrity and compliance standards
* Ensure accurate processing of revenue, invoices and transactions
* Act as a key finance link between hotel operations and regional finance
* Contribute to timely month-end close and reporting
* Provide financial support to hotel leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile daily revenue, banking and financial reports
* Process purchase invoices and resolve supplier queries
* Support stock counts, inventory accuracy and cost control
* Prepare journals and reports to support month-end close
* Ensure adherence to financial controls, procedures and policies.
