The successful candidate will join a well-established Clinical Negligence department and handle a quality caseload of medical and dental negligence claims. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of clinical and dental negligence claims from inception through to trial. Handle claims arising from medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, and prescription or medication errors. Manage dental negligence cases with care and precision. Deliver exceptional client service and maintain regular communication throughout each case. Ensure compliance with firm procedures, regulatory obligations, and case management systems. Prepare all necessary legal documents and evidence to support claims. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Clinical or Dental Negligence law. Extensive knowledge of clinical negligence claims and litigation processes. Proven ability to run cases independently from instruction to trial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems (Proclaim experience preferred but not essential).
