*Role Description* As Dealer Technical Support, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealership partners, providing expert assistance and support for technical, warranty and parts enquiries. Your role is crucial in ensuring dealer satisfaction by resolving technical issues promptly and accurately, offering guidance and maintaining strong professional relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including our vehicle import centre, and high-level escalations with our factory’s technical services team, to address dealer needs and ensure seamless experience. Our aftersales team is central to KGM Motors’ success in making sure we deliver long-term care and support to our customers and dealer partners. *Role Responsibilities** Manage and process all technical enquiries submitted via the online system and record responses

* Responsible for the daily processing of dealer parts look-up support requests
* To continuously improve technical and dealer support systems and processes
* Support the relationship with the KGM factory regarding technical advice, support, recalls and bulletins
* Responsible for providing technical support to our Bristol import centre
* Occasional off-site visits to dealerships and our Bristol import centre for in-person technical support
* Liaison with the field team and other departments regarding technical and parts matters
* Ad hoc duties as required – willingness to assist other team members during busy periods *Work Experience Requirements* Essential: * Current high level technical vehicle diagnostic experience
* Electric vehicle (EV) current high level vehicle diagnostic experience Desirable: * Knowledge of vehicle homologation and compliance processes
* Knowledge of automotive parts look-up systems (KGM EPC)
* Knowledge of automotive manufacturers’ warranty processes *Qualifications** Minimum of Level 3 City and Guilds Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum of IMI Level 3 Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System Repair and Replacement qualification (or equivalent)*Skills, Abilities, and Competencies** The ability to work under pressure
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
* Strong level of ability with Microsoft Office software
