Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Maidenhead (Full-time, On-site)
Contract Length: 6 Months (extensions expected)
Compensation: Up to £50,000 per annum
The Opportunity
Join a global healthcare and medical device leader as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying and securing top-tier talent across various segments, including Sales Support, Mid-level Sales, and Specialty roles. You will act as a strategic partner to internal hiring managers, delivering high-quality recruitment services while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience within a world-class HR organization.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requirement definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing, utilizing internal ATS and CRM systems.
* Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute cost-effective sourcing plans leveraging social media, referral programs, DEI pipelines, and virtual job fairs. (Note: External agency use is restricted without leadership approval).
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for first-line managers and HR partners, providing expert guidance on the labor market and recruitment best practices.
* Bulk Management: Oversee bulk contract conversions for specific divisions or geographic regions and support local partnership initiatives as needed.
* Operational Excellence: Operate independently with minimal supervision to deliver diverse candidate slates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

* Strategic Execution: The ability to translate hiring needs into actionable talent plans with minimal direction from senior leadership.
Key Performance Indicators
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to:
* Manage an average volume of 20-30 requisitions at any given time.
* Successfully fill 90-110 positions per year.
* Maintain an average Time to Fill of 55 days.
* Consistently deliver diverse candidate slates in line with organizational hiring targets.
