Cayman Islands
, to lead our client's newly created legal recruitment practice. Relocation from London or Jersey is fully supported. The role offers an

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the development of the Offshore Legal recruitment specialism across Cayman, Bermuda, and other offshore markets
* Drive business development, building strong, lasting relationships with law firms and in-house teams
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with support from sourcers and admin staff
* Mentor and manage junior personnel in sourcing and client management
* Provide market insights and guidance on the offshore legal talent landscape
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Proven success in legal recruitment (ideally with exposure to offshore markets)
* A deep understanding of the legal industry and its talent dynamics
* A strong track record in business development and client relationship management
* Experience in managing or mentoring more junior recruiters
