The Role
* Position: Upper KS2 Class Teacher (Year 5 or Year 6 – assigned based on experience and preference)
* Location: Milton Keynes
* Start Date: January 2026
* Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time considered
* TLR: Available for subject or phase leadership (for the right candidate)
As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development
* Prepare children for the transition into Year 6 or secondary school with confidence and skill
* Work collaboratively with your year group partner to plan and assess effectively
* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to whole-school life through clubs, enrichment activities, or curriculum initiatives
* (Optional) Lead a subject or area of development if applying for a TLR

* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for Upper Key Stage 2 education
* A reflective and enthusiastic practitioner who values creativity, rigour and inclusion
* Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and effective behaviour management strategies
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to high standards and supporting every child to thrive
