The Role:
As a Media Assistant, you will assist in delivering multi-media activity for various brands, working closely with a dedicated team, and immersing yourself in the company’s offerings and the media market.
This role involves hybrid working.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Being accountable for campaign delivery, scheduling, and monitoring media plans
2. Using in-house tools to produce competitor reports and market insights for clients
3. Scheduling and monitoring media plans for a range of clients
4. Efficiently pulling together competitor insights and market analysis
5. Supporting the team proactively
6. Staying updated on media industry trends
7. Building relationships with clients, media owners, and partners
8. Providing excellent service with strong communication skills
9. Creating cross-media plans for clients
10. Analyzing and reporting campaign performance insights in depth
About You:
1. A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential
2. Good knowledge of brands and a genuine interest in media, marketing, and advertising
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
4. Numerate with strong attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills and a sociable personality
6. Pro-active and a team player willing to contribute
