Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Care Workers to provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need who suffer with Mental Health issues. Our residents are independent who require support in their day to day activities. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those under your care.
Duties:
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Providing attentive patient care with empathy and respect
- Administering medications as per prescribed guidelines
- Demonstrating proficiency in first aid procedures
* Cleaning and following infection control and COSHH guidelines
* Undertaking various caregiving tasks in home care settings
Requirements:
- Previous experience or qualifications in caregiving roles
- Proficiency in providing patient care and support
- Ability to handle medication administration responsibly
- Familiarity with home care environments
-Making sure all mandatory training is completed for the job role.
* Flexibility for evenings, nights and weekends weekly.
