Our client, based in Tamworth requires Call Handlers to join their in house pharmacy team. The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business. Duties include answering the phone, booking in deliveries/delivery scheduling, inputting data onto a system, filing in paperwork, liaising with team in pharmacy Requirements for the job: Good confidence on the phone Great time management skills Be able to multi task Good Math and English skills Good understanding of Microsoft programmes Empathetic Someone who is naturally motivated
