Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Mobile)
Location: Crawley
Salary: up to GBP43,000 pa + On:call/OT.
Schedule: Monday : Friday.
The Role
Seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer for an established FM company. Focus is on PPM and Reactive Maintenance of critical building systems, offering excellent training and progression.
Core Duties
*
Perform PPM/Reactive tasks on Boilers, Cooling Towers, AHUs/FCUs, Plumbing, and UPS systems.
*
Participate in the on:call rota.
*
Oversee sub:contractors and ensure H and S compliance.
Must Have
*
City and Guilds / NVQ Mechanical Qualification (or equivalent).
*
Commercial building services experience.
*
Ability to pass a DBS check.
