Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Coastal Engineer to lead and deliver high-profile coastal engineering solutions as part of critical infrastructure programmes in the UK. This role involves hands-on technical design, project delivery, and the opportunity to work on iconic projects both nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality technical coastal design work.
* Develop briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
* Collaborate with national and international teams for integrated design delivery.
* Ensure compliance with quality assurance and design standards.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* Chartered Civil Engineer (essential).
* Strong background in multidisciplinary design delivery.
* In-depth knowledge of ocean waves, tidal theory, wave processes, and sediment transport.
* Proven experience designing coastal structures such as sea walls, revetments, flood defences, and breakwaters, in line with BS6349, EurOtop, and other relevant standards.
* Skilled in using and directing numerical modelling for wave, tidal and hydrodynamic simulations.

Eligibility:
