Senior Social Worker – Mental Health Team, Oldham | £35 per hour
Sanctuary Personnel is looking for a Senior Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team in Oldham. This position is well-suited to experienced practitioners who are ready to take on additional responsibility while continuing to deliver excellent, person-centred support to adults experiencing mental health difficulties. This locum role combines leadership responsibilities with complex casework, offering the chance to influence good practice within a progressive authority.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage complex caseloads in adult mental health services.
* Provide guidance or mentoring to colleagues.
* Deliver person-centred support to adults with mental health difficulties.
* Contribute to service development and improve practice within the team.
* Collaborate with NHS teams, community organisations, and voluntary services.
Requirements
* Recognised Social Work qualification (degree, diploma, or equivalent).
* Social Work England registration.
* Considerable post-qualification experience within adult mental health services.
* Ability to manage complex caseloads and provide guidance or mentoring to colleagues.
* Willingness to complete compliance checks (fully supported by Sanctuary).
