What we are looking for:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in leading a Front of House team
2. Previous major brand experience in a Front of House management role, or a proven supervisory role in a 5-star luxury environment is preferred
3. Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
4. A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the guest relation team members
5. A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
6. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite required and excellent knowledge of Opera
