The Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Construction & Engineering Disputes Associate to join a highly regarded Litigation team in London.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising clients on construction and engineering disputes across sectors such as infrastructure, commercial developments, and residential projects.
* Drafting correspondence, advice notes, pleadings, and submissions in litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings.
* Working closely with clients' technical and commercial teams to develop case strategies.
* Liaising with expert witnesses, barristers, and consultants to provide comprehensive legal support.
* Assisting with business development initiatives to enhance the team's market presence.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 3-5 years' PQE with experience in construction and engineering disputes.
* Strong academic background and technical legal skills.
