My Thame based client is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their busy team. This is a varied and busy role which will require exceptional organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities and workloads. Duties will include booking client visits, arranging engineer schedules, reporting, and managing admin/schedules related to a key client, ensuring high quality customer service at all times. The successful candidate will be IT literate and someone who thrives in a busy environment, and is self-motivated, resilient with energy, a positive attitude and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) skills and administration experience are a must, and prior experience in scheduling is a desirable.
