A well-regarded school in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team. In this role, the successful Behaviour Mentor will support pupils who require additional behavioural guidance, helping them to engage positively with both their learning and the wider school environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families while contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Key responsibilities:
Provide focused support as a Behaviour Mentor for pupils with behavioural challenges
Implement behaviour strategies and tailored support plans effectively
Work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the schoolThe school benefits from good local transport links and offers on-site parking for staff. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
