The role Based at a luxury hotel in Pembrokeshire, this is a hands-on Bar role overseeing service across refined bar, lounge and dining areas. Supporting a 5* rosette-level fine dining operation, you'll work closely with senior food and beverage leadership to maintain exceptional standards while developing the wider team.
