Job Description As a Commis Chef at The Reserve, you will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, seasonal, and beautifully presented dishes, with the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced chefs. Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation and cooking. Ensure that all equipment is in place and that ingredients are prepared to the highest standard. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in all food preparation areas. Adhere to all food safety and health regulations. Support the smooth running of kitchen operations during service.
