Job Description
Duties Including:
1. Meeting with clients and assessing their care needs and discussing their preferences
2. Completing Care plans and ensuring they are updated
3. Support care staff through observations, support visits and supervisions
4. Understand and build effective and efficient schedules around our clients and Care Professionals.
5. Ensure schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training and last-minute cancellations.
6. Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liaise with relevant team members.
7. Match Care Professionals to new clients in conjunction with client services team and arrange introductions.
8. Ensure client schedules are matched to their needs, with the same Care Professional and the same times each week, where possible.
9. Develop excellent relationships with both clients and Care Professionals so both can enjoy positive experiences.
10. Work with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levels are met.
11. Support with home visits and providing companionship and personal care as and when required
Qualifications
12. Full British driving licence required
13. Computer literacy
14. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
15. Experience of working in a scheduling role within a home care or other relevant environment such as logistics.
16. Highly resilient and positive with excellent customer service and communication skills.
17. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
18. Team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
19. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
