Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to support our enthusiastic and curious learners. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide individualised support, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of pupils. Support pupils with their learning activities, ensuring they understand and complete tasks. Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help. Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor and assess pupil progress. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where every pupil feels valued. Qualifications: A recognised level 3 qualification (or higher) in childcare. Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting. A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
