We are seeking an experienced and qualified Service Manager to join our organisation and lead our out of school care provision serving the East Pollockshields community in Glasgow. About EPOSC
East Pollokshields Out of School Care provides both After School Care and Holiday Care programme in the Pollokshields area of Glasgow, covering four local Primary Schools.
The Service operates from Pollokshields Primary School on Albert Drive, Glasgow.
EPOSC provides quality childcare for children aged between 4.5 years to High School age.
The service has been successfully operating since 1991 and is well established within the local community. EPOSC provides child-care for both term time and holiday care.
About the Role
As Service Manager, you will oversee our comprehensive out of school care service, including term-time provision and expanded holiday programmes. You'll be responsible for operational management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting our Board of Directors with strategic development.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Relevant childcare qualification (SCQF Level 9 or above)
* Current SSSC registration as a manager
* Valid PVG scheme membership
* Minimum 3 years' senior management experience in childcare services
* Experience with regulatory compliance and inspection processes
* Demonstrable experience in managing budgets, financial planning and funding applications
* Experience with governance structures
* Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
Desirable:
* Additional management or leadership qualifications
* Specialised training in areas such as additional support needs or outdoor learning
