In this role, you will play an integral part in nurturing childrens educational development and working closely with teachers to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and enhancing student learning.
* Provide focused support to students through one:on:one or small group assistance.
* Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Help manage classroom behavior and ensure student well:being.
* Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
* Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as needed.
* Participate in school activities, events, and parent meetings as required.
Requirements:
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
* A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
* Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
