Key Responsibilities Your primary focus will be the reconciliation of insurer statements, ensuring all premiums and commissions are accurately tracked and settled. • Insurer Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of insurer statements against our internal back-office systems. • Credit Control: Monitor aged debt and liaise with account handlers to ensure timely premium collection. • Payment Processing: Prepare and process BACS payments for insurer settlements and client refunds. • Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in premium amounts, commissions, or tax (IPT) calculations. • Banking: Daily posting of cash receipts and bank statement reconciliation.
