An established organisation is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their busy administration team, following upcoming internal changes.
This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied position combining event coordination, customer service, and general office support. Full on-site training will be provided. You’ll report directly to the Office Manager and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating events, including managing bookings, pricing, and allocation of resources
* Handling diary management and travel arrangements within an event coordination setting
* Managing customer enquiries and providing a high standard of service
* Supporting multi-booking requests, tours, and bespoke arrangements
* Assisting with general administrative duties across the department
* Using internal accounting systems and supporting routine financial admin tasks
* Ensuring accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail in all tasks
About You:
* Previous administrative experience is essential
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confident using IT systems and office software
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Some knowledge of accounting or finance systems would be advantageous
Working Hours:
* 37.5 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
