The Role As a member of the support staff at this Primary School, you will be expected to work closely with the school SENDCo, understanding the individual pupils’ needs and building a strong relationship with the pupil and their families. The Head Teacher is looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and has a previous experience working with ASD and/or SEMH needs. You will be expected to: Work collaboratively with the class teacher to assess development. Have high expectations for the individual to succeed.
